Description
Premium Foam Cell Performance. The SkyJacker Black MAX Front Shock Absorber enhances vehicle control and stability by effectively absorbing road shocks and vibrations. It is designed for front suspension use on 4WD Silverado 1500 models with a 3-4 inch front lift, providing consistent performance during demanding driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This shock absorber features increased fluid capacity with advanced foam-cell technology that compensates for oil expansion when hot. The foam cell eliminates air, allowing versatile mounting positions. The shock includes arc-welded end mounts with valving optimized for this application and is finished with a durable black boot for protection.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a direct replacement fit that requires no drilling and retains original mounting points for an easy upgrade.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 1999-2006 4WD Silverado 1500 models equipped with a 3-4 inch front lift. Note: This shock absorber is not compatible with GM Auto Ride equipped models.
