Raise Your Height. This Rough Country 4.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with Front Driveshaft and Vertex Reservoir Shocks will raise the front height of your Super Duty to equal height with the rear. You get improved ride height, the ability to run 35-inch tires, and a menacing look.

Vertex Reservoir Shocks. This kit features 8-stage adjustable damping, Nitrogen-charged shocks with a 2.50-inch piston with a 22mm chrome-hardened piston rod.

Kit Contents. In addition to the Front Driveshaft, this Rough Country 4.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit comes with front lifted coil springs, radius arm drop brackets, clocking ring kit, sway-bar links, track bar drop bracket, stabilizer relocation brackets, pitman arm, brake line brackets, bumpstop spacers, rear fabricated lift blocks, U-bolts and hardware.
