- These Tubular Steel Upper Control Arms free up your 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD front suspension movement to allow maximum travel for performance shocks and coilovers at an easier price point compared to range-topping billet components.
- Additional caster is built in to correct geometry for better front-end alignment on lifted vehicles.
- The all-new Delta Joint PRO provides a host of durability and performance improvements over standard Delta Joints, including up to 90 degrees of free articulation to maximize suspension travel without bind.
- The Delta Joint PRO is larger and fully serviceable and rebuildable.
- The Delta Joint PRO's grease fitting is protected by an anodized billet aluminum dust cap included with the kit.
- Serviceable heavy-duty dual-stage bushings at the frame pivots are greaseable and rebuildable, fitting into precision-machined bushing housings to ensure a responsive driving experience.
- Made of heavy wall DOM tubing, CNC formed and fixture welded with a multi-stage black powder coat finish.
- Includes all components and hardware necessary for complete installation.
- CNC machined housings for bushings and Delta Joint PRO.
- 1026 DOM tube construction with black powder coat finish.
- OEM wheels and tires fitment not compatible with all OE wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace recommended.
- Recommended aftermarket wheels include 17x8.5" with 5 inch backspace / 6mm offset, 18x9" with 5.25 inch backspace / 6mm offset, and 20x9" with 5.625 inch backspace / 16mm offset.
- Recommended aftermarket tires are 34x12.50 inch (larger tires may fit with fender trimming and modifications).
- Will not work with factory installed electronically controlled suspension.
- Only compatible with OE or ICON steering knuckles; do not install with any other aftermarket steering knuckles.
- Compatible with 1.75-3.5 inch front lift on all F-150 submodels except Raptor and Tremor with OE steering knuckles.
- Compatible with 3.5-4.5 inch front lift on all F-150 submodels except Raptor and Tremor with ICON Front Knuckle Kit Part # 94000.
- Compatible with 1-3 inch front lift over stock on F-150 Tremor with OE steering knuckles.
- Not compatible with F-150 Raptor.
- Fits 2021-2026 4WD F-150 without CCD System and BlueCruise, excluding Raptor.

Description
Front Suspension Upgrade. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Tubular Delta Joint Upper Control Arms enhance front suspension travel and articulation on lifted Ford F-150 trucks, enabling improved handling, alignment, and superior off-road and on-road capability. Designed to work with performance shocks and coilovers, these arms provide a durable, high-performance upgrade that frees up suspension movement.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy wall DOM steel tubing, the control arms are CNC formed and fixture welded for strength and precision. They feature a multi-stage black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and sleek appearance. Included anodized billet aluminum dust caps protect the Delta Joint PRO grease fittings.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging but straightforward. The kit contains all necessary components and hardware for a complete fitment on compatible vehicles.
Warranty. The product includes a manufacturer's warranty covering defects and craftsmanship.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2021-2026 4WD Ford F-150 models without the CCD System and BlueCruise, excluding the Raptor variant due to steering and suspension differences.
