This front shock’s combination of monotube gas-charged build and specialized velocity-sensitive digressive valving technology delivers an instantaneous damping response that conforms to the terrain you’re on. This gives you precise handling and improved control on the trails, and a firm but smooth factory-style ride quality on the highway. This way, you can take your F-250 Super Duty out on an off-road adventure straight from your daily errands.
Resilient Build Quality. This front shock absorber utilizes a 46mm wide shock body machined from high-grade steel, offering excellent heat dissipation and superior durability. This shock also features a 14mm chrome-hardened steel piston rod, providing optimal strength for the trails. Moreover, this assembly is outfitted with high-quality neoprene rubber bushings designed to minimize vibrations, helping create a smoother ride quality. Finally, this shock receives a resilient zinc plating and a clear topcoat for exceptional corrosion protection.
Uncomplicated Install Procedure. Installing this front shock is a fairly uncomplicated process as it’s designed to mount into factory locations without the need for extra drilling in most applications. Also, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
