Rear Lift Solution. The Tuff Country 3.5 Inch Rear Lift Block Kit is designed to raise the rear of your Ford F-150 by replacing the factory 2" lift blocks with 5.5" tapered cast iron blocks. These blocks are installed between the rear leaf springs and axle to provide a 3.5" lift, improving vehicle stance and accommodating larger tires while maintaining a factory ride quality.

Durable Materials. The lift blocks are constructed from heavy duty cast iron and are tapered to minimize driveline vibration. The kit includes extended zinc-plated round U-bolts that resist corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance and structural integrity.

Installation. This kit offers a straightforward bolt-on installation with no drilling required. When lifting 2" or more, it is recommended to replace the rear shocks with extended versions to maintain proper suspension function.
