      Description

      High-Performance Heat Protection. The Heat Sheath GOLD 2.25-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to protect critical lines, hoses, and wires from heat and abrasion damage. It is ideal for maintaining the integrity and flexibility of components by reflecting radiant heat and preventing premature failures in demanding automotive environments.

      Construction and Appearance. This protective sleeve is made from a high-temperature gold metalized polyimide laminated to a 20-ounce heat-treated glass fiber base, delivering superior heat reflection and durability. Reinforced with aramid thread, it offers enhanced resistance to abrasion, heat, and flames, with a gold-finish surface that conveys both quality and function.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no special tools or drilling. Simply unhook the existing line or hose, cut the sheath to the required length, slide it on, and then secure the component back in place.

      Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required. It is important to note that this sleeve should not be applied directly to exhaust components.
