Improves Off-Roading Performance. This SkyJacker 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit is perfect for Ford F-250 Super Duty drivers who want larger tires and increased ground clearance. More specifically, you will get a 4-inch increase to boost protection of your undercarriage from all those pesky obstacles when off-roading.
Introduces 4-Link Suspension Design. This kit improves handling and ride quality by splitting axle locating from suspending the vehicle chassis. It does so by converting the suspension with a 4-link design.
Rear Leaf Springs. By locating the rear axle, the rear leaf springs included with this suspension kit eliminates the need for a panhard rod and trailing arms. This contributes to the reduction of weight on your truck via the rear suspension.
Nitro Shocks. With their twin-tube design and 10-stage velocity sensitive valving, these nitrogen gas-charged shocks ensure split-second response and reduced aeration. Ultimately, you will enjoy top-notch shielding from turbulence common on bumpy or rocky driving surfaces.
Requires Professional-Level Installation. Skyjacker designs this suspension kit to bolt onto the factory mounting parts, with some cutting and drilling required to install it. It can take up to a day to complete the process, which is why it is recommended that professionals handle the process.
