This suspension system allows you to install larger tire-and-wheel combos that will enable you to tread through various obstacles with ease and confidence. Furthermore, it is specifically engineered to provide unmatched handling with increased ground clearance.
Smooth Ride Quality. The V2 Shocks feature a monotube design with massive pistons and chrome-hardened piston rods. This component comes in a brushed aluminum finish that reinforces corrosion resistance and offers extra visual appeal. In addition, the velocity-sensitive damping system provides a consistent ride quality from a smooth highway ride to extreme off-roading.
High-Strength Coil Springs. Designed to provide your Super Duty with superior handling and stability, Rough Country’s coil springs are hot-wound highly durable and flexible. The extensive rate tuning and dynamic balance employed in the production delivers excellent handling and superior performance. These springs are also reinforced by a silver powder-coated finish to resist corrosion and withstand harsh outdoor elements.
Lift Blocks, U-Bolts, Brackets, and Spacers. This 4.50-inch suspension lift system comes with a durable track bar drop bracket that repositions the factory track bar to aid in centering the differential and correcting tracking issues. Moreover, Rough Country utilizes high-quality spacers to give your truck a quick and easy lift. These blocks fit directly under your coil springs and aid in damping and stability. The bump stops improve your ride quality by limiting the upward motion of the axles and soften the blow by absorbing the rebound. Additionally, the rear lift block kit raises the rear of your vehicle and prevents sagging of the leaf springs by means of the sturdy U-bolts, especially useful when hauling or towing.
Bolt-On Installation with Mechanical Expertise. For best results, mechanical expertise is required in the installation of this Suspension Lift Kit. It comes with all the hardware to complete the installation process.
