The Rough Country Six-Inch Suspension Lift Kit is engineered specifically for Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD models to enhance off-road capability and provide a commanding stance. This kit preserves factory suspension geometry and track width to maintain ride quality and handling. It supports the use of tires up to 35 inches without additional modifications, improving both performance and aesthetics.
Construction and Appearance. Built from high-strength, 100% laser-cut steel components, the kit features durable steel knuckles, differential brackets, and drop cross members for precise fit and rugged durability. Reinforced fabricated blocks and heavy-duty cast knuckles are included to ensure long-lasting performance while maintaining OEM-style track widths.
Installation. Installation involves cutting and drilling, plus the use of a strut compressor, but does not require strut disassembly. The process typically takes eight to ten hours and is suited for experienced mechanics or professional shops.
Warranty. This lift kit is backed by a limited lifetime replacement warranty against manufacturer defects for added peace of mind.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2019 through 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 models equipped with 2.7L or 3.0L Duramax engines and rear composite mono-leaf springs. This kit excludes Trail Boss and ZR2 models due to existing factory lift and specialized suspension components.
