Description
Offers a Higher Ground Clearance. Save your chassis from the humps and bumps of the road by gearing your truck up with this Rough Country 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with Premium N3 Shocks. This suspension lift adds a lift height of 4 inches for higher ground clearance. This Lift Kit features lifted steering knuckles as well as fabricated steel lift blocks, strut spacers and cross-members for extra strength. What’s more, the included Premium N3 Rear Shocks provide a highly comfortable ride, even when tested across rough terrain.
Premium N3 Shocks. Rough Country’s Premium N3 Shock series is a 10-stage variable valving, high-pressure nitrogen-charged shock that offers incredible road damping performance for both on- and off-road applications. This shock is constructed with a chrome-hardened 18mm piston rod, a spring-loaded piston rod seal, and a durable 35mm piston, so it boasts a 36kN tensile strength. It also features a 54mm shock body and military spec. fluid rated to -40 °C, which means it can dissipate heat faster than other shocks.
Steering Knuckles. Rough Country includes a set of heavy duty lifted steering knuckles in their 4-inch Suspension Lift Kit. These steering knuckles are manufactured from iron for superior strength. The knuckles are design increase ride height while keeping all components at the optimum angles for a factory-like ride.
Lift Blocks and Strut Spacers. The fabricated Strut Spacers and Rear Lift Blocks include in this Rough Country Lift Kit have been laser cut, CNC formed and welded from high grade steel for superior strength and extra rigidity. The components are then completed in a durable black powder coat finish for long lasting corrosion resistance.
No Welding Required. Rough Country engineered their Lift Kit to be installed with no welding needed, making it a bolt-on kit. However, it should be noted that minor drilling is required for installation. With all the necessary hardware included, this Lift kit can be installed in about 8 to 10 hours time.
