A Boost in Height, Style, and Performance. With this Rough Country 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit With Vertex Reservoir Shocks, your F-150 will get a boost in height, style, and performance. The 6-inch lift creates space for up to 35-inch tires and levels the stance of your truck for a balanced look. Your truck will also look more aggressive with the added height. Coupled with the premium rear shocks, the increase in ground clearance also enhances off-road capabilities while ensuring a comfortable ride on and off the road. In addition, this kit also retains the original track width so you won’t experience any issues with steering or handling.
N3 Series Rear Shocks. This lift kit comes with a pair of premium N3 series rear shocks. They’re nitrogen-charged to prevent foaming, and have a 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving that ensures you get the right amount of damping based on the situation. With up to 36 kN tensile strength, you’re assured of long-lasting quality damping.
Front Lifted Knuckles. Apart from the added height, these front lifted knuckles also serve to maintain the correct suspension angle of your lifted truck. With these components, you don’t have to worry about experiencing difficulties in steering or problems with directional stability.
Fabricated Rear Lift Blocks. The rear lift of this kit comes from a pair of fabricated steel lift blocks. They last longer than cast lift blocks, thanks to their superior strength and rigidity. More than that, however, these lift blocks are designed to prevent axle wrap, ensuring the correct pinion angle to prevent unnecessary vibrations.
Front Differential Drop Kit. Lifted trucks usually need diff drops since the extra height will force the CV joints to overextend. Installing the enclosed diff drops in this lift kit will help prolong the lifespan of the CV by making sure that the joints can always take the load.
Professional Assistance Recommended. This suspension lift kit doesn’t require any welding or any major modifications apart from minimal drilling and cutting. Still, it’s highly advisable to seek professional assistance to install this suspension lift kit for safety and optimum performance output. Total installation time is estimated at 8 to 10 hours.
