It allows users to tailor their vehicle's suspension firmness with a nine-position adjustable knob, ideal for both on-road driving and off-road conditions.

      Durable Construction And Finish. Crafted with a tri-tube steel body filled with all-weather fluid, the shock resists extreme temperatures from -40 to 248�F. It features a corrosion-resistant 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod, double-welded stress loops, and a 1.25-inch sintered iron piston. Finished with a liquid metallic coating and protected by a polyvinyl boot, it ensures long-lasting durability.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically suitable for experienced DIYers or professional mechanics, with no drilling required for fitment on compatible suspension systems.

      Warranty. This shock absorber comes with a limited lifetime warranty, providing confidence in long-term reliability.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2011-2016 4WD Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks equipped with the Rancho Suspension System and a rear lift height of 5.5 inches. After use to product depletion, replacement with the RS994261 model is advised.
