Description
Improved All-Around Off-Roading Capabilities. If you want to boost your Ford Super Duty’s off-roading capabilities without breaking the bank, then this Pro Comp 6-Inch Stage 1 Suspension Lift Kit With ES9000 Shocks is a great choice. It provides 6 inches of additional ground clearance, which gives you room to install up to 35-inch tires and improves your truck’s off-road ground traction. The height also creates a more aggressive look and allows you to drive easily over minor obstacles. What’s more, this kit also comes with a steering stabilizer bracket and radius arm drop brackets. These parts help maintain proper steering geometry and that smooth, comfortable OEM ride quality.
ES9000 Front and Rear Shocks. These ES9000 shocks are Pro Comp’s baseline performance shocks, which significantly improves your truck’s stock damping capabilities. They feature a 10-stage, velocity sensitive valving, which means you’ll get a smooth and even ride whether you’re driving fast or slow. These shocks also sport .375-inch, nylon-banded pistons and a nitrogen gas-charged design for excellent performance both on and off the road.
Specific Rate Front Coil Springs. This stage 1 suspension lift kit comes with a set of new front coil springs to haul your truck up a full 6 inches off the ground. These heavy-duty springs are made from high-quality materials, ensuring that they can withstand rough trails without losing ride-height consistency. Coupled with the ES9000 shocks and a set of radius arm drop brackets, these coil springs ensure that you will experience a comfortable ride no matter where you’re driving.
Rear Lift Blocks and Add-a-Leafs. To match the 6-inch lift height provided by the front coil springs, Pro Comp included rear lift blocks and add-a-leafs with this stage 1 suspension lift kit. The 5.50-inch blocks can be easily placed on top of your truck’s OEM blocks, using the include U-bolt kit to provide extra support and keep the parts in place. Meanwhile, the leaf springs increase the rear load capacity of your truck.
Sway Bar Drops. Lifted trucks often become unstable because of the higher center of gravity. This problem is especially noticeable on the trails, where the roads are bumpier. To counter this problem, this lift kit comes with sway bar drops. These components help minimize body roll during fast cornering and turning, and also keep your truck stable and driveable even on rough terrains.
Track Bar Relocation Bracket. This lift kit also comes with a track bar relocation bracket. It helps eliminate excess side-to-side movements of the axle and keep the body of your truck in line with the suspension. This way, you will have a steadier ride. Along with the steering stabilizer bracket, this track bar relocation bracket also helps improve your truck’s steering control and response.
Bolt-On Installation. Pro Comp designed this lift kit for a direct fit with no welding required, although some drilling is needed to accommodate some components. Note that this lift kit requires professional installation and will take about 8 hours to finish mounting properly onto your vehicle.
