8620 Steel Construction. The 9.5 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion are made from high-grade 8620 steel that gives the gears their outstanding strength, hardness, and durability. The precision-machining ensures that the gears have a perfect fit for ease of installation and excellent performance.

Recommended Upgrade. The kit only contains the ring gear and pinion and purchasing a Motive Gear Differential Install Kit is highly recommended.

Professional Installation Recommended. Re-gearing the differential is a complex process. For best results, it’s recommended that the installation is performed by a professional mechanic.
