Loud Exhaust Rumble. Stepping on the gas pedal to speed up will emit an aggressive rumble with the MBRP Black Series Dual Single Side Cat-Back Exhaust. If you want your exhaust to be louder than the factory exhaust, this system should be examined.

Impressive Performance. This cat-back will give your 5.0L F-150 a mean sound, thanks to MBRP’s construction skills. Not only will the sound improve, but this system will also reduce exhaust temperatures and maximize your exhaust flow. This will benefit your fuel economy and increase your horsepower and torque, ultimately improving the performance.

Unbreakable Construction. This Cat-Back Exhaust is constructed from 3 inch heavy duty aluminized steel. This significantly improves the strength of this system. A black ceramic coating provides an unforgettable look. The single inlet/dual outlet muffler connects to a pair of 4 inch black powdercoated stainless steel slant cut exhaust tips that exits before your rear passenger tire to give you additional power. The exit of the tips will give your truck some style.

Simple Installation. If you are looking for a system with an easy installation process, this MBRP Cat-Back Exhaust bolts up with OEM hangers easily. It is created to be a direct upgrade replacement for your F-150's factory exhaust. Check to see if you will have to do any trimming because of your bed and cab size.

Application. This MBRP Black Series 3 inch Dual Single Side Exit Cat-Back Exhaust is specifically designed to fit all 2015 to 2019 F-150s equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine.

I installed this system on my 2017 F150 with the 5.0 and love the look and sound from the outside . However its louder then what I expected and drons on the inside the cab. Will the stock resonator tone it down enough or can you recommend another muffler ?

    • Installing the stock resonator with the MBRP Installer Series 3 in. Dual Exhaust System will help tone this exhaust system down some yes.

In the install it states that some cutting is required depending on your cab length. I have a crew cab F150 would this require any cutting? Does it come at the longest length which would be for the crew cab then has to be cut to size from there?

    • This exhaust will come at the longest length and will require trimming depending on both cab and bed length. Crew cabs will require trimming.

      MBRP Dual Side Exit Exhaust

This kit is loud, but not obnoxiously loud and it does come with some drone inside the cab. That being said, I love the nice low throaty sound. Even at WOT it stays low and throaty not raspy like other exhaust. The sound was just what I was looking for from MBRP. I could do without the drone but the sound does more then make up for it.

AT sent the product quickly. THANKS! Did not take but a few hours to install. Once I got it in and started the truck, it was louder than I thought it would be. Overall, I like it. All I need now is a decent tune. With my CAI and exhaust my shift points are off and I seem to be running lean. If you like the idea of an exhaust but do t want to pay through the nose, I recommend this product. However it is louder than what the videos portray.

      2018 FX4 SuperCrew Coyote.

This thing is way cool!! install is simple, every thing fit together perfectly. removing the stocker is tougher than installing the beast. The sound this thing puts out with the Spector cold air intake I installed with it sounds amazing. my neighbor has a 2013 Mustang and is upset because my truck sounds much better than his sports car. LOL.. the tone and volume is perfect , not too loud but enough to make heads turn. inside noise is not bad. if your adding an aftermarket exhaust then it is to be expected right! All in all for $400 bucks you cant beat this. My wife drives my 2010 f-150 and wants me to install one on it for her. MBRP 2 thumbs up my friends.

      Great for the price

Only had it on for a few days but as the other reviews say, definitely louder than advertised. If you’re looking for something that will turn heads but not be too obnoxious this is for you. This exhaust really brings out the V-8 in this truck. Very easy to install, however the instructions were pretty unclear in some cases but if you’ve done your own exhaust before or have some experience it shouldn’t be any problem and shouldn’t take more than a couple hours from start to finish, and best part for me was not needing any sort of lift or special equipment to do this.

      Do it

If your on the fence do it . Yes it’s way louder than the videos but it is awesome. Drone is not bad and I do a lot of highway driving. You can easily talk and hear the radio at normal volumes. Great purchase

      Louder than advertised

First off I'm a straight pipe kinda guy, this is pretty close to make me happy. The install was pretty easy took about an hour and half. The exhaust note is awesome and loud, expect some drone with this exhaust system. I have no complaints with it what so ever, but then again i like loud.

      Cabin noise

Was louder than i liked on the inside of the truck, So I had to put the stock resonator back on instead of removing it completely, now its tolerable, maybe I should've opted to run it behind the rear tire for less cabin noise too.

      Nice Sound!

First off this exhaust is just loud enough to make the neighbors take notice. The note of the exhaust is awesome with the 5.0 couldn't be happier. This is aluminized steel guys so it's gonna rust! I took denatured alcohol and cleaned up the parts scuffed it up with sandpaper, then painted it with 4 coats of high temp paint. The fitment process was easy with a friends help, took about an hour and a half to install. All in all I am happy with this purchase.
