Enhanced Suspension Performance. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Tubular Delta Joint Upper Control Arms upgrade the front suspension of 2021-2024 Ford F-150 4WD models without factory electronically controlled suspension, allowing greater articulation and travel, especially beneficial for lifted trucks using performance shocks and coilovers. These control arms improve suspension geometry with built-in added caster, providing better handling and alignment for both off-road and street use.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy wall DOM steel tubing, these control arms are CNC formed, fixture welded, and finished with a durable, multi-stage black powder coat. The all-new Delta Joint PRO features a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55, combined with replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, ensuring long-lasting strength and reliability. Protective anodized billet aluminum dust caps cover the grease fittings for added durability.

Installation. Installation is straightforward for those with moderate mechanical skills and does not require drilling. All necessary hardware and components are included, allowing a complete front-end upgrade with direct bolt-on fitment using OEM or specified steering knuckles.
