Description
Bolder All-Terrain Dynamics. The Fabtech 8-Inch Radius Arm Lift System with Front Dirt Logic 2.25 Reservoir Shocks and Rear Dirt Logic Shocks is built to handle your on and off-road demands. This Radius Arm Lift System is an exceptional upgrade that will provide enhanced off-road driveability and additional support to your lifted Super Duty. The heart of this heavy-duty lift system is Fabtech’s legendary tubular Radius Arms. The extended length Track Bar is also uniquely included in this particular package to address the hypersensitive steering box of later Super Duty models.
Enhanced Damping Capacity. The front shocks in this kit are Dirt Logic Reservoir Shocks with primary stainless steel shocks with black, anodized 6061 aluminum reservoir bodies. This construction exhibits an improved thermal management system for efficient heat dissipation. The rear shocks are Dirt Logic shocks with stainless steel bodies, aluminum pistons, and NitroSteel black piston rods. These shock absorbers were pre-tuned for precise damping and optimum performance.
Reinforced Suspension Control. Fabtech engineered the coil springs with an intensive manufacturing process to incorporate optimum ratings and design. The hot-wound front coil springs exhibit superior tensile strength to provide the necessary suspension support. They are also fortified by a black, powder-coated finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance and extra durability. Additionally, the rear lift features a highly durable add-a-leaf kit. A single leaf is inserted into the spring pack to provide an additional 1.50-inch of rear lift with a double-pin configuration for reliable strength.
Superior Alignment and Steering. The Fabtech Radius Arms feature a tubular construction reinforced with dimple die side plates. The adjustable alignment cams allow for additional 1.50-2-degree caster adjustments. This provides a degree of self-centering for the steering and controlled axle movement. In addition, Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar offers proper steering performance. The longer configuration keeps the track bar and drag link closer to parallel for more responsive steering. Furthermore, the Pitman Arm is designed to work with these steering components to provide proper steering functionality.
Professional Installation. Designed for a bolt-on installation, the components of this 8-Inch Radius Arm Lift System directly attach to your vehicle’s mounting locations. This package includes all the necessary hardware for a professional installation that would take around 1 day to complete.
Warranties. This 8-Inch Radius Arm Lift System comes with a limited lifetime warranty against factory defects in workmanship and materials. Should this warranty be claimed within the first 5-year or 60,000-mile period of the vehicle, the Five Sixty Powertrain Warranty program will come into effect. Some exclusions are indicated in the manufacturer’s warranty guide; please check the terms and conditions for full details.
