If you’re looking for a kit to give your Ford Super Duty a boost in off-road performance, look no further than this Fabtech 6-Inch Radius Arm Lift System With Dirt Logic Shocks. The hefty increase in ground clearance gives your truck a more balanced stance and also gives you room to install larger, more rugged tires. You’ll also experience a smoother ride quality. Apart from the lift height and its benefits, this kit also has other components that boost performance. These include new radius arms for better steering response and a track bar relocation bracket to eliminate any suspension wobbles.
Dirt Logic Front and Rear Shocks. This radius arm lift system includes a set of front and rear Dirt Logic shock absorbers. These shocks feature a robust structure, with a 2.25-inch OD steel body and a 2-inch OD aluminum piston designed for full-size vehicles. They’re also pretuned to account for larger tires, so you’ll experience high-quality damping without any shock fade.
Fabtech Front Coil Springs. The front coil springs that come with this kit are made from high-quality, hot-wound spring steel with a corrosion-resistant finish for added toughness. The springs add considerable ground clearance to your truck, giving it a more rugged stance. You’ll also gain a better visual range with the added height.
Fabtech Replacement Radius Arms. With this pair of Fabtech radius arms, you’ll have excellent control of your lifted truck. This is largely thanks to the adjustable alignment camber at the axle, allowing you to adjust the caster angle to get enhanced steering response. These radius arms are also exceptionally hardy, with a tubular structure and dimple-die side plates for reinforcement.
Rear Lift Blocks With U-Bolt Kit. This kit comes with rear lift blocks to provide the rear 6-inch lift height for your truck. Made from heavy-duty steel, these lift blocks have a tapered design to reduce the driveshaft angle. This helps with the driveability of your truck. The lift blocks come with a U-bolt kit for secure installation.
Track Bar Relocation Bracket. The track bar relocation bracket helps maintain the proper alignment of the suspension, which eliminates the so-called “death wobble” that drastically affects handling and driving comfort. Less wobbling of the suspension components also helps keep these parts in good shape for longer.
Sway Bar Drop Brackets. Lifted vehicles often suffer from excessive body roll due to the change in the center of gravity. To help correct this issue, this lift system comes with a set of sway bar drop brackets. These brackets help eliminate body roll and restore your truck’s balance, especially when turning and cornering. You’ll also experience improvements in handling and articulation.
Simple and Direct Installation. Fabtech designed this lift system for a direct, no-weld installation with only minimal drilling needed. Using the specified tools in the manual, complete installation takes a couple of hours. Re-torquing the nuts, bolts, and lugs are highly recommended after 50 miles, which should be followed up by regular re-torques to ensure optimum performance and safety.
