This comprehensive lift kit provides improved ground clearance, suspension travel, and more precise steering geometry, allowing for a smoother ride on a variety of terrains while maintaining on-road drivability.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features high-strength steel components including 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers finished with a corrosion-resistant coating for durability. FOX coil-over shocks combine 2.5-inch extruded aluminum bodies with heat-treated alloy steel shafts and anodized finishes that resist wear and corrosion. The CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and heavy-duty control arms ensure longevity and robust performance under demanding conditions.

Installation. Installation is rated difficult and requires frame bracket modifications. The process may involve drilling and the use of specialty tools such as a cut-off wheel, ball joint separator, reciprocating saw, and welding equipment.

Warranty. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks included carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Application. Designed specifically for 2019-2024 4WD Silverado 1500 models equipped with 2.7L, 5.3L, or 6.2L gas engines without ARC suspension and excluding Trail Boss variants, ensuring proper fitment and function.
