The BDS 3-Inch Upper Control Arm Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks is designed to level the stance of 2020-2026 4WD Silverado and Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks while enhancing overall ride quality and off-road capability. This complete kit provides the necessary components and shock options to improve suspension travel, vehicle clearance for tires up to 35 inches, and driving dynamics.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features heavy duty tubular upper control arms made from 1.5" OD x .120-wall steel tubing with indexed ball joint cups for precise alignment and increased travel. All components receive a durable black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics. FOX shocks included are crafted from extruded aluminum bodies with heat-treated alloy steel shafts, featuring specialized valving and anodized finishes to maximize performance and longevity.

Installation. Installation is moderately challenging, requiring a GM specified torsion bar unloading tool (#CH48809) and minor trimming for select wheel and tire setups. The kit is designed for direct bolt-in application with factory mounting points and does not require frame drilling.

Warranty. FOX 2.5 Performance Elite and HTO shocks come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2020-2026 4WD Silverado and Sierra 2500HD/3500HD models, with overload spring block options available as needed. Not compatible with AT4X or ZR2 models due to differing lower control arm profiles. Dually models require the overload spring block kit option. Intended for owners seeking improved stance, tire clearance, and suspension performance without permanent vehicle modifications.
