Description
Suspension Lift Performance. The BDS 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with NX2 Nitro Shocks improves the stance, performance, and offroad capability of the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger. This complete kit provides components needed to raise ground clearance and allows for larger tire fitment, perfect for enthusiasts upgrading their vehicle’s suspension for both on- and off-road use.
Construction and Appearance. The kit includes high-clearance 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers and heavy-duty CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles designed for strength and durability. It also features top mounted strut spacers, fabricated lift blocks, and a skid plate for differential protection, all finished with durable coatings to resist harsh offroad conditions and maintain a rugged look.
Installation. Installation is difficult and requires frame bracket and differential modifications, including cutting. Specialty tools such as a 35mm axle nut socket and an air hammer are recommended for a proper install.
Application. Fits 2019-2023 4WD Ford Ranger models equipped with factory cast steel knuckles, excluding the Tremor model due to design and compatibility constraints.
