The BDS 3-Inch Upper Control Arm Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Overs and FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks enhances the stance, off-road capability, and ride quality of the Ford F-150. Designed to improve suspension travel and ground clearance, this kit provides the components to lift the vehicle by three inches in the front and one inch in the rear, accommodating larger tires for demanding terrains.

Construction and Appearance. This kit features heavy-duty tubular upper control arms constructed from 1.5-inch OD, .120-inch wall tubing, paired with indexed ball joint cups for optimized suspension geometry. FOX shocks are built with extruded aluminum bodies; the front shocks boast a 2.5-inch diameter with external reservoirs and a black anodized finish for efficient cooling and durability. Powder-coated black control arms and billet aluminum dust caps provide a resilient and attractive finish.

Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and requires specialty tools such as a cut-off tool and reciprocating saw. The bolt-on design minimizes the need for extensive frame modifications, though trimming or fabricating clearance may be necessary for tire fitment.

Warranty. Includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on FOX shocks.

Application. Designed for 2014 to 2020 4WD Ford F-150 models, this kit is not compatible with HD 7-lug variants.
