Description
SUSPENSION LIFT UPGRADE. The BDS 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks significantly enhances the stance, performance, and off-road capability of the 2004-2008 Ford F150 4WD trucks. Designed to provide superior ground clearance, it accommodates up to 35” tires while maintaining on-road handling quality through precise suspension and steering geometry correction.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This lift kit features heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers front and rear and a robust skid plate system for increased ground clearance and off-road protection. The steering knuckles are CNC machined from high-strength ductile iron for durability, with powder-coated and anodized finishes on components ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance and robust performance.
INSTALLATION. Installation is challenging and estimated to take approximately 10 hours, requiring specialty tools such as a cut-off tool and reciprocating saw. The process involves modifications including driveshaft alterations and possible trimming for tire clearance, making it suitable for experienced installers.
