Suspension Lift Performance. The BDS 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with rear block lift options (4-inch or 5-inch) and choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks enhances the Ford F-150's off-road stance and capability by providing increased clearance for larger tires and improved ground clearance. This comprehensive kit is engineered to correct suspension geometry and maintain excellent on-road handling while enabling the truck to tackle challenging terrain with confidence and durability.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers and high-strength fabricated lift blocks built to withstand off-road use. Included are CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and vehicle-specific FOX 2.0 monotube shocks with anodized finishes. All components are crafted for strength, longevity, and a rugged, professional appearance that complements the lifted F-150.

Installation. Installation is rated difficult and generally requires 8 to 10 hours, involving specialty tools such as ball joint and tie rod end separators. Depending on wheel and tire choices, some drilling and modifications to crash bars may be necessary.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2021 through 2026 four-wheel-drive Ford F-150 models without the Continuous Controlled Damping (CCD) system. This kit is not compatible with Powerstroke diesel, Raptor, or Tremor editions due to system incompatibilities.
