Construction and Appearance. The kit features durable, high-arched, 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers along with heavy-duty fabricated rear lift blocks and longer U-bolts. The FOX 2.0 coil-over struts use a 2.0-inch extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for superior heat dissipation and feature a robust 5/8-inch hard chrome plated, heat-treated alloy shaft. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure precise steering geometry. The components combine robust materials with precision manufacturing for lasting strength and off-road protection.

Installation. Installation is considered difficult and requires specialty tools such as a cut-off tool, reciprocating saw, and strut compressor. The process involves crossmember suspension lift installation and may include drilling or cutting components to achieve proper fitment and clearance.
