      Description

      Advanced Suspension Lift. The BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over Shocks enhances ride height and suspension travel for improved off-road performance and handling on 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD SuperCab and SuperCrew trucks. This kit is engineered for better terrain absorption and smooth driving while providing clearance for larger tires—ideal for enthusiasts seeking to maximize their vehicle’s capability and ruggedness.

      Construction and Appearance. The kit utilizes heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers finished for strength and off-road durability. The FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks feature anodized aluminum bodies with remote reservoirs for efficient heat dissipation. Steering knuckles are CNC-machined from high-strength ductile iron to maintain proper geometry and ensure system compatibility. Rear lift blocks are fabricated with high-strength materials and include longer U-bolts, available in 2-inch and 3-inch options to customize stance.

      Installation. Installation is rated difficult and requires advanced mechanical skills along with specialty tools such as ball joint and tie rod end separators, and possibly a reciprocating saw. The procedure includes crossmember replacement, shock installation, brake line and sway bar bracket relocation, and alignment adjustments. Installation time is approximately 11 hours.

      Warranty. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks included in the kit have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

      Application. This suspension lift kit fits 2021-2026 4WD Ford F-150 SuperCab and SuperCrew models without the Continuous Controlled Damping (CCD) system. It explicitly excludes PowerBoost hybrid, PowerStroke diesel, Raptor, and Tremor variants to ensure proper compatibility and function.
