      Description

The Zone Offroad Adventure Series Front Upper Control Arm Kit for 2 to 3-inch and 6.5-inch lifts enhances the strength and suspension travel of Chevrolet and GMC trucks and SUVs. It replaces factory stamped steel or aluminum arms to provide improved articulation and durability, supporting both leveling and lift kit applications. This upgrade is essential for maintaining proper alignment and handling after suspension modifications.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength steel, these upper control arms are fully boxed, gusseted, and welded to deliver superior rigidity and toughness. They feature OE style rubber bushings at the frame mounts for quiet operation and longevity, and CNC machined ball joint cups optimized for accurate positioning. The arms come fully assembled with greaseable high-quality ball joints protected by caps to prevent debris intrusion, finished for durability and corrosion resistance.

      Installation. Installation typically requires 1-2 hours with a moderate level of difficulty. No drilling is necessary as these arms are direct bolt-on replacements that secure in place to enhance suspension performance for compatible vehicles.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2015-2018 Chevrolet Tahoe vehicles equipped with stock cast aluminum or stamped steel control arms. These arms will not fit models with factory cast steel arms, ensuring proper compatibility and performance.
