_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. This wastegate features a robust stainless steel cast body paired with a lightweight aluminium actuator housing for durability and heat resistance. The diaphragm is made from a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex material, enhancing longevity under thermal stress. The product sports a sleek black finish and includes a locking collar design to minimize vibration and maintain consistent spring tension.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with peer flange V-band inlet and outlet connections, allowing for direct replacement or upgrades on existing 40mm valves. No drilling is required, and the included locking collar tool facilitates spring changes by safely applying the necessary pressure to the top cap.
