Description

It provides a flexible barrier that safeguards against oil, dirt, and road grime while maintaining flexibility and preventing failure due to heat exposure in automotive applications.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-temperature rated glass fiber fabric with a reflective aluminized outer facing, this heat shroud incorporates a 19 oz heat-treated glass fiber insulation. It is reinforced with aramid thread for enhanced durability and flame-retardant qualities, finished in a sleek, durable aluminum texture.
Installation. Installation requires no tools or system disassembly. Simply cut to length, wrap around the component, and secure with the integrated hook-and-loop closure for a snug, adjustable fit.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required.
