This heat sheath is engineered from a metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a robust 20 oz. heat-treated glass fiber base, reinforced with aramid thread for exceptional strength and flame resistance. Installation. Installing this heat sheath is straightforward and requires no drilling or complex procedures. Simply unhook the target line or hose, cut the sheath to the desired length, slide it on, and secure the component back in place.
