      Description

      Premium Heat Protection. The Heat Sheath GOLD; 0.50-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to protect lines, hoses, and wires from heat damage and abrasion in high-temperature automotive environments. It reflects radiant heat and maintains component flexibility, ensuring durability and performance under extreme conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This heat sheath features a high-temperature metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a durable 20oz heat-treated glass fiber base. Reinforced with aramid thread, the sleeving offers excellent heat resistance, abrasion protection, and flame-retardant properties. Its metallic gold finish enhances heat reflection.

      Installation. Installation is simple and requires no special tools or drilling. Unhook the target line or hose, cut the sheath to the desired length, slide it on, and securely reattach the component.

      Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation possibly required. Not intended for direct contact with exhaust components to prevent heat damage to the sheath.
