Construction and Appearance. The product features a high temperature metalized polyimide surface laminated onto a robust 20oz heat treated glass fiber base. This combination creates a thin, durable sheet measuring .031 inches thick, designed to reflect heat up to 800°F. The surface has a metallic gold reflective finish, which enhances its heat rejection capabilities.

Installation. Installation can be done using mechanical fasteners or high temperature spray adhesive. No specialized tools are necessary besides standard fastening hardware. The product is easy to handle but should never be applied directly to exhaust components to prevent damage or performance issues.
