Premium Heat Protection. The EXO Series Sleeve; 1-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to provide superior thermal insulation and abrasion resistance for a wide range of automotive applications. It protects wiring, hoses, and lines from extreme temperatures and mechanical wear, enhancing durability and safety in high-heat environments.
Construction and Appearance. This sleeve is made from high-temperature braided glass material that is heavily coated with 100% silicone rubber for excellent heat resistance. The outer layer features a 304 stainless steel mesh covering, which enhances abrasion resistance and durability while permitting airflow. The finish combines the smoothness of the silicone rubber with the rugged texture of the stainless steel mesh exterior.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, allowing quick and secure fitting over cables, hoses, or lines. The sleeve can be easily cut to length to accommodate specific applications.
