Description
Wheel Spacer Performance. The 1/4-inch thick, 2-piece wheel and brake spacers for 5 and 6-lug applications increase your vehicle’s wheelbase width to improve stance and stability. They also provide extra clearance necessary for larger wheels, tires, brake calipers, lift or lowering kits, and high-traction tire setups when installed properly, contributing to enhanced handling and vehicle performance.
Construction and Appearance. These spacers are manufactured from die cast A380 aluminum, delivering excellent rigidity and corrosion resistance. The shot peened finish cold-works the surface to improve strength and durability while maintaining a clean, refined appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. However, longer lug studs or extended thread lug nuts are necessary to maintain proper thread engagement on the studs. It is critical to verify full lug nut engagement after installation and to re-torque the lug nuts after driving 250 to 500 miles to ensure safety and proper fitment.
Application. Designed specifically for 2007–2026 Tahoe models, these spacers fit the listed bolt patterns and hub specifications. They are not hub centric, so depending on your wheel specifications, hub centric rings may be needed to prevent vibration issues.
