The Stainless Works S-Tube Turbo Single Exhaust System with Polished Tips and Factory Connect rear exit is engineered to enhance exhaust flow and improve engine efficiency for the 2007-14 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L. It offers a choice between performance and factory connect configurations, delivering optimized power and a refined exhaust tone that exits below the rear bumper.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, the system features precision TIG welding for superior strength and aesthetic appeal. Polished slash-cut tips and smooth mandrel bends ensure seamless exhaust flow while providing a visually striking finish.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward for most models with no major modifications needed; however, some 2011-13 5.3L versions using a ball flare style connection will require modification for compatibility with the factory connect catback option. No drilling is usually necessary, making the installation manageable for experienced enthusiasts.

      Warranty. This exhaust system includes a lifetime warranty covering materials and craftsmanship.
