This hood protector’s low profile form factor closely follows the contours of your hood’s leading edge. This design adds a sleek style accent that accentuates your Silverado’s redesigned front end. More significantly, this hood shield’s high-strength build and raised center deflector is more than capable of protecting your hood from scratches, dings, and dents caused by flying debris.

      High-Strength Build Quality. This hood protector is manufactured from high-grade TPO plastic, offering both strength and flexibility in a lightweight package. Moreover, this hood guard is injection-molded to precise specifications for an accurate fit when installed. Finally, this hood protection comes in a textured black finish for awesome looks.

      Simple Install Procedure. This Aeroskin II hood protector comes preinstalled with automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape, making its installation a simple peel-and-stick procedure. Prior to installation, it’s advised that the mounting surfaces be thoroughly cleaned and dried before wiping down with the included alcohol pads. This is to maximize the bonding of the adhesive to your hood. Also when installing this in cold weather, it is advised that you first warm-up the mounting surface as the adhesive works best in temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This can be accomplished using a heat gun or hairdryer.

      Application. This Aeroskin II Textured Black Hood Protector fits 2019-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, excluding 2022-2024 Trail Boss and ZR2 models.

      Application Notes. Do not drive your vehicle for 24 hours, and do not wash it for 72 hours after installation. This is to give the adhesive time to reach maximum adhesion.
