Justin: Hey, guys, Justin here with americantrucks.com. And listen, if you're trying to clean up the appearance of those rear wheel wells while also adding a bit of protection at the same time, well then you should definitely consider adding the Rough Country Rear Wheel Well Liners to your 2019 and newer Silverado. Now these made in the USA liners will feature the black polyethylene build along with that lifetime warranty, all for right around your low to mid $100 price point for the pair. So, wheel well liners in my humble opinion are an awesome addition for two big reasons. Now first and foremost, it's going to dramatically clean up the look of those rear wheel wells on both stock and lifted trucks. And secondly, it's also going to help protect the underside of that wheel well frame and bed from things like dirt, rocks and ultimately corrosion long term. Now, how does it go about doing this? Well, they are going to serve as sort of a barrier or shield for not only the wheel wells again, but also stuff like the under truck surfaces we just mentioned, frame, fenders, underside of the bed, they can all be problem areas for not only dirt and dust and dents, but also things like corrosion. Now, the barrier in this case is a very thick polyethylene or plastic material that does have a little bit of play to it, but honestly, they're going to be extremely tough, very durable and hold up to the rocks, mud, basic overall abuse of being mounted to the rear of your rig. Now, these things had been designed in a way that does really form fit those rear wheel wells perfectly on your Silverado, and will be very low profile once installed. But, at the same time again, I think by covering up some of the color matched body, especially on lighter color trucks, this is a great way to really help clean up that appearance. And this gets magnified on lifted trucks where you see a lot more of that wheel well. Now, the liners themselves are sold in pairs of course, and they are going to be held in place with the included hardware. So, that should mean very, very minor drilling for some owners out there, most should not encounter any drilling whatsoever. Now, finally guys, I do want to point out the liners from Rough Country have been made here in the USA, and they are backed by a limited lifetime warranty in case you run into any issues. Now, coming in right around that $140 price point, I think you'll find the Rough Country options to be on par with the rest of the fender liners currently available here on the site from other brands, such as WeatherTech or Husky. Well, let's get into the process of getting these liners in place on your Silverado at home. And, as I mentioned earlier, guys, most owners should not encounter any drilling whatsoever. Instead, you're going to reuse some pre-existing holes along with that included hardware. Because of that, the site's going to call this one a pretty mundane one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, maybe 30 minutes at least to get everything in place from start to finish. But, now we're going to toss it out to the shop for our detailed walkthrough and tool breakdown. Check it out.Speaker: What's up guys, today we're going to be installing some Rear Wheel Well Liners into our Silverado. There are no tools needed for this job, so let's get started. All righty, so our first step is going to be to get our liner into place. So we'll go ahead and slide that over our wheel. We'll go ahead and line our rear up first. And, this is going to go back inside of our liner, get our baseline up, behind this screw here for our lower trim piece. We'll go ahead and walk it around. You may find it easier to work your outer lip here, back behind the outer lip of your fender part of your bed. Work that into place.Okay, so next we want to make sure all of our holes line up for our pushpins to get installed. We'll just give this a nice few taps into place and then we'll work them in with our pushpins. We can go ahead and install our front two pushpins. Now, we can go ahead and install our ones along inside of our bed here. Go ahead and install this one. We can go ahead and install our rear too. Then once you've done this, you can go ahead and repeat this process for your other side. All righty, guys, that about wraps up our review and install of our Rough Country Rear Wheel Well Liners for your '19 to current Silverado 1500. Thanks for watching and as always, for everything Silverado, keep it right here at americantrucks.com.
