Construction and Appearance. This ball joint features a Polyoxymethylene ball race with an exceptionally low coefficient of friction and a larger ball diameter to increase range of motion. The ball stud is crafted from heat-treated 4140 steel, while the housing utilizes heat-treated 1045 steel for added strength. It includes a neoprene dust boot for protection and is finished to resist wear and corrosion.
Installation. Installation requires a 100% press-in method with no drilling necessary and typically takes between 1 to 2 hours depending on the vehicle's condition. It comes complete with all necessary hardware for a secure fit.
Warranty. The product includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2007-2016 Chevrolet Tahoe models equipped with nylon locknut style ball joints. It is important to verify the existing ball joint style to ensure compatibility.
