Description
Four Inch Suspension Lift. The Rough Country Suspension 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with M1 Monotube Shocks enhances your vehicle's stance and off-road capability by raising the chassis height. This lift kit allows the use of larger tires and provides improved ground clearance for challenging terrain, while maintaining refined driving dynamics for both street and off-road use.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features heavy-duty fabricated steel components including front and rear crossmembers, differential drop brackets, and rear lift blocks designed for durability and longevity. The shocks are advanced monotube units with a powder-coated finish to resist corrosion and wear, highlighted by precision laser-cut branding on structural parts for a professional appearance.
Installation. Installation is moderately complex and requires some cutting, grinding, and exhaust rerouting for clearance. The kit does not require full-frame modifications but recommends the use of a torsion bar removal tool for ease and proper handling during installation.
Warranty. This lift kit is backed by a limited lifetime replacement warranty, ensuring confidence in its long-term performance.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 1995-1999 4WD Chevy Tahoe, Yukon, and Suburban models. Note that models equipped with AutoTrac require a new aftermarket driveshaft, and extended sway bar links are necessary for Tahoe, Yukon, and Suburban trims.
