Description
Complete Bolt-On Turbo Power. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 78mm Turbo is engineered for serious performance gains on 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L engine-equipped Chevy Tahoes. This all-in-one kit provides a complete bolt-on solution, delivering improved throttle response and mid-range torque through forced induction. With high-quality components and precision fitment, it's an excellent option for those seeking to transform their naturally aspirated Tahoe into a boosted powerhouse.
Construction and Appearance. This system includes a 78mm On3 Performance turbocharger, 3" to 3.5" stepped 304 stainless steel downpipe, and bead-rolled 3" aluminum cold-side piping. A front-mount intercooler with a 3-inch core supports up to 800 horsepower, while 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps ensure secure and leak-free connections. The divided turbo manifold design maintains bank-to-bank exhaust flow separation, and CNC-machined billet aluminum components add precision and strength throughout the system.
Installation. Installation is rated hard and requires mechanical expertise, along with custom tuning and fuel system upgrades to ensure proper operation and performance. This system is designed for bolt-on installation but may require minor adjustments for optimal fit depending on your setup.
Application. This On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 78mm Turbo fits 2000 to 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe models equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. Not compatible with 6.2L engines.
