Description
Complete Bolt-On Turbocharging Solution. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 70mm Turbo is engineered to deliver high-performance boost in a reliable, bolt-on package for 2000 to 2014 Chevy Tahoe models (excluding 6.2L engines). Designed for both daily driving and track performance, this kit offers responsive throttle feel and significant power gains, making it an ideal choice for enthusiasts looking to elevate engine output with forced induction.
Construction and Appearance. This system includes a 70mm turbocharger paired with a custom turbo manifold that features divided banks for optimized exhaust flow. A crossover pipe is provided to clear 4x4 setups and the transfer case, while the 304 stainless steel stepped downpipe ensures strong exhaust routing from the turbo. The aluminum cold-side piping is bead-rolled for secure coupling, and all connections are secured with stainless T-bolt clamps and five-ply silicone couplers. The included 3-inch core intercooler supports up to 800 HP, ensuring consistent charge air temperatures under boost.
Installation. Installation is hard and intended for experienced builders or professionals. Modifications may be required, and tuning and fuel upgrades are necessary to safely support the added power. This kit is compatible with the stock driver side exhaust manifold for easier integration into factory systems.
Application. This On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 70mm Turbo fits 2000 to 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe models, excluding 6.2L engine configurations.
