      Description

      High-Output Turbocharging Solution. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 7875 Billet Wheel Journal Bearing Turbo is engineered to dramatically increase the performance potential of your 2014 to 2018 5.3L Silverado 1500. This all-in-one turbo kit delivers aggressive power gains with a 70mm billet turbo (upgradable to 76mm or larger), while offering compatibility with 4x4 setups and factory manifolds. Whether for daily driving, towing, or drag strip use, this system transforms your Silverado into a serious performance machine.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring a cast stainless steel divided bank-to-bank turbo manifold and Gen 2 stainless header, this kit includes a robust stepped 3" to 3.5" downpipe made from 304 stainless steel and bead-rolled 3" aluminum cold side tubing. High-quality five-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps ensure leak-free operation under boost. The included On3 44mm V-banded wastegate offers precise boost control, while the air-to-air intercooler (with optional race core) provides efficient charge-air cooling. The optional CNC-machined oil drain system simplifies turbo lubrication routing for boosted reliability.

      Installation. Installation is rated as hard due to the complexity of fitting a full custom turbo system. Designed for 4x4 clearance and compatibility with the factory driver-side manifold, the system includes all major components, but professional installation is highly recommended for proper tuning, oil routing, and fitment.

      Warranty. Backed by a one-year limited warranty from On3 Performance, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
