Description
High-Performance Turbo System. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 7675 BMF Billet Wheel Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbo significantly increases the power output of your truck. Designed specifically for the 5.3L engine, it delivers an additional 250 plus rear wheel horsepower, enhancing towing capacity and on-demand torque for a variety of driving conditions. This system is engineered for durability, performance, and responsiveness, making it an excellent upgrade for enthusiasts seeking reliable power gains.
Construction and Appearance. This turbo system features a Gen 2 cast stainless steel header that is twice as thick as traditional headers, providing exceptional durability and heat resistance. The hot side employs a fully divided exhaust manifold for precise tuning, while the cold side consists of 3.0” 304 aluminum tubing with bead-rolled couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure secure fitment. The intercooler is custom-made with a high-quality air-to-air core available in both standard and race sizes, finished with a clean, corrosion-resistant design.
Installation. The system is designed as a true bolt-on upgrade requiring minimal modifications. No oil pan drilling is needed when the optional oil drain pump is used. Most mechanically inclined individuals can complete the installation within a weekend, making this a straightforward performance enhancement.
Application. This turbo system is specifically designed to fit the 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 equipped with the 5.3L engine. It is not compatible with other engine sizes or model years outside this range.
