The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 7665 Cast Wheel Journal Bearing Turbo is designed to deliver massive performance gains for 2014 to 2018 5.3L Silverado 1500 models. This complete bolt-on kit adds approximately 250 rear wheel horsepower, making it a powerful upgrade for street, towing, and drag strip applications. It includes everything needed to transform your naturally aspirated V8 into a boosted powerhouse with support for up to 600 rear wheel horsepower with the included intercooler.

Construction and Appearance. The system features a 76mm x 65mm journal bearing turbocharger paired with a Gen 2 cast stainless steel turbo manifold with a divided bank-to-bank design for optimized flow. It includes a custom 3.0" to 3.5" stepped downpipe made from 304 stainless steel and 3.0" 304 aluminum cold-side tubing. The five-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps provide strength and sealing under high boost, while the front mount intercooler delivers efficient cooling. An On3 44mm V-banded wastegate is mounted at the T4 flange for consistent boost control.

Installation. This system is rated as a hard installation and is best performed by experienced professionals. It is designed to fit with minimal modifications and works with 4x4 transfer cases and factory exhaust systems using the supplied adapter. An optional no-drill electric oil drain system and CNC billet oil cap are available for easier plumbing.
