      Description

The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 6766 Billet Wheel Turbo is a high-performance forced induction solution for GM 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L engines. With a billet 67/66 turbocharger, this kit delivers quicker spool times, better throttle response, and explosive mid-range power compared to naturally aspirated setups. Designed to be bolt-on and reversible, it’s perfect for street trucks, weekend warriors, or serious performance builds.

      Optimized Components for Strength and Flow. This system features a fully divided turbo manifold for optimal exhaust pulse balance and high-efficiency boost control. The 3" to 3.5" stepped stainless steel downpipe, paired with bead-rolled aluminum cold-side piping and 5-ply silicone couplers, ensures reliable airflow and minimal pressure drop. The front-mount intercooler is rated for up to 800 horsepower, making this system future-proof for upgraded engine builds.

      Installation and Requirements. While this is a bolt-on system, installation is complex and should be handled by professionals or experienced enthusiasts. A custom tune is required, along with upgraded fuel injectors and fuel system components to safely support the added power.

      Application. This On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 6766 Billet Wheel Turbo is designed to fit 2000–2014 Chevrolet Tahoe models equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. It is not compatible with 6.2L-equipped models.
