      Description

This charge air cooler kit is designed to provide 10% more airflow than factory, and increase the internal volume of the hot and cold-side pipes by 41% and 34%, respectively. In addition to improving fuel economy, enjoy up to +15 wheel horsepower and +21 wheel torque gains too, once the full kit is installed on your truck.

      100% Aluminum. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit achieves these impressive results with a rugged design that delivers cooler intake air and less exhaust gas heat to the engine, all with a minimal pressure drop. It has a strong aluminum construction, from the 2.5-inch hot-side intercooler pipe to the 3 or 3.5-inch cold-side intercooler pipe (exact size depends on truck model). A tough wrinkle black powder-coated finish provides great looks and long-lasting corrosion protection.

      Hardware Included. Mishimoto's Performance Intercooler Kit uses silicone boots with DuraCore technology for unparalleled resistance to the elements, and a CNC quick-disconnect provides excellent durability, not to mention simplifying the installation. All required hardware conveniently comes in the kit, and the new pipes are a direct fit, bolting on in place of the stock parts, without any trimming required to save you time. A Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty comes with the kit for your protection.
