Description
High-Performance Airflow. The cp-e Core FMIC Front Mount Intercooler with Titan Finish is engineered to dramatically improve the efficiency of the air-to-air charge cooling system on Ford EcoBoost trucks. It reduces intake charge temperatures, delivering more consistent power and helping to reduce heat soak, making it an essential upgrade for enhanced performance and reliability under heavy load or boost conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This intercooler features a robust 21 by 17 by 4-inch bar and plate core, optimized for maximal cooling and airflow. It is built with fully cast and welded end tanks that are pressure tested to ensure durability while minimizing internal turbulence through precision-engineered turbulence-reducing fins. The Titan finish provides a sleek, durable coating that resists corrosion and enhances visual appeal.
Installation. Designed as a bolt-in upgrade with laser-cut brackets, this intercooler installs without the need for cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications to the vehicle, preserving factory fitment and integrity.
