      High Performance Flywheel. The McLeod Aluminum Flywheel; 6 Bolt is designed to reduce rotational mass for quicker engine response and improved acceleration. It provides a precise mounting surface for the clutch assembly, ensuring optimal power transfer from the engine to the transmission. This flywheel is essential for high horsepower and rapidly revving engines to maintain durability and performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from CNC-machined 6061 T6 aluminum, this flywheel incorporates a replaceable steel friction plate and a 1045 hardened steel ring gear. Its construction offers a lightweight yet robust design, ideal for demanding applications such as supercharged or turbocharged engines.

      Installation. Installation requires standard bolt patterns with no additional drilling necessary. It is a moderately straightforward process best performed by those familiar with drivetrain components.

      Warranty. This product is covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

      Application. Specifically fits 2007 through 2014 Tahoe models, accommodating LS engines with a 6-bolt crankshaft, with .400" added to the face for proper clutch positioning.
