      Description

      Advanced Suspension Performance. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 1.75 to 2.63-Inch Suspension Lift System with Tubular Upper Control Arms; Stage 5 is designed to enhance the on and off-road capabilities of your 2009-2013 4WD Ford F-150 (excluding Raptor). This comprehensive system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5-inch coil-over shocks with external remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs, providing superior ride quality and increased wheel travel. The adjustable coil-overs allow for lift heights from 1.75 to 2.63 inches, accommodating larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

      Construction and Appearance. The system features tubular upper control arms constructed from CNC bent 1026 DOM steel tubing, offering excellent strength and durability. These control arms incorporate ICON's patented Delta Joint, a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. The Delta Joint's zinc-plated housing and grease seal provide corrosion resistance and longevity. The 2.5-inch coil-over shocks are built with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum bodies and 7/8-inch shafts, ensuring corrosion resistance and consistent performance.

      Installation. This suspension lift system is designed as a bolt-on upgrade, requiring no cutting or welding for installation. While the installation is straightforward, it is recommended that a professional mechanic or experienced enthusiast perform the installation to ensure optimal performance and safety.

      Warranty. ICON Vehicle Dynamics offers a limited lifetime warranty on this suspension system, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover finish, alterations, modifications, or installation contrary to ICON's instructions.
