      Description

      High Performance Torque Converter. The Hays Twister 3/4 Race Torque Converter with 11-1/8-Inch Bolt Pattern and 3600-4200 RPM stall speed range is designed to enhance acceleration and horsepower delivery for street and strip applications. Its stall speed range accommodates various engine setups and improves launch performance in vehicles equipped with compatible transmissions.

      Construction and Appearance. This torque converter features a rugged design utilizing state-of-the-art spray welding for stronger, consistent fusion, resulting in increased strength and longevity. It is hand-built and internally welded for superior durability, with heavy-duty Torrington bearings and high-flow vented stators designed for efficient cooling under high horsepower conditions.

      Installation. The installation process requires no drilling as it is designed to fit existing bolt patterns and transmission setups precisely. Professional mechanical experience is recommended to ensure proper alignment and adherence to torque specifications.

      Application. This torque converter is intended for LS-engine configurations with a 300mm bellhousing and is compatible with multiple GM, Ford, and Chrysler transmissions. It is not recommended for use with power adders such as nitrous oxide or with trans-brakes.
